Shipping outside of the UK may have the painting removed from the frame and rolled and sent via postal tube - this is only possible if it is canvas and not a textured painting however - you will then get it framed upon receipt your end. If you want it on the frame that can be discussed.

As the purchaser you are responsible for any import duties.
